Demi Moore is reportedly in rehab receiving treatment for both substance absue and anorexia. She is being treated at the same place Lindsay Lohan was treated, the Cirque Lodge in Utah. Eva Mendes and Mary Kate Olsen also checked into the facility at one point. The actress is prohibited to weigh herself and a source told RadarOnline: “It’s common treatment practice at Cirque to not allow patients that are being treated for an eating disorder to see how much they weight when they step on the scale. Their weights are taken everyday, sometimes several times a day to make sure they aren’t losing weight while in treatment. Carney, Scott M. The Red Market: On the trail of the world’s organ brokers, bone thieves, blood farmers and child traffickers. William Morrow, 2011.
The first urban legend that I ever heard was about a bathtub filled with ice and two missing kidneys. In the 40 years since, I have never met anyone who lost their body parts after a night of drinking, even though the demand for them is higher now than at any other time in history.

Take the veal Marsala ($25.99), a dish that is easy to mess up if the sweet wine drowns out the other flavors. In this sauce, you could taste Marsala but also make out the richness of veal demiglace and the sweetness of the shallots sauted in the pan as the dish was made. Adding ingredients in the right amount at the right time creates a balance that lets all the nuances come through, which is what La Cucina Sul Mare’s sauce was all about. Yet it didn’t overwhelm the thinly sliced veal in it.
My son’s eggplant (“Melanzana alla Parmigiana,” $20.99) came in a tomato sauce that had been cooked for hours, a fact made evident by the sweet taste and buttery consistency.
