New York Fashion Week: Celebs on the catwalk for the Heart Truth Red Dress collection (slideshow)

Normally they’d be in the front row, but tonight Dita Von Teese, Camila Alves, Patti LaBelle and a cavalcade of other celebs walked the runway in red gowns from top designers to raise awareness of heart disease. The Heart Truth Red Dress collection kicks off New York Fashion Week.
Top looks? Taraji P. Henson in a slinky strapless Naeem Khan, Cat Deeley in a sophisticated Alberta Ferretti with a pleated bodice, Ann Curry in a one-shoulder goddess gown from Carmen Marc Valvo, and Alves in a backless KaufmanFranco (boyfriend Matthew McConaughey was appropriately appreciative, snapping photos the whole time).
