People: Mila Kunis accepts sergeant’s invitation to Marine Ball
From the halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tripoli to the patriotic duty of Mila Kunis.
Kunis — who as Meg on “Family Guy” couldn’t get a school dance date with anyone but the family dog — has accepted a Marine’s YouTube invitation to the Marine Corps Ball in November.
Sgt. Scott Moore from the 3rd Battalion 2nd Marines in Musa Qala, Afghanistan, filmed the invite from his base: “Take a second to think about it, and get back to me.” Kunis found out about it during a Fox interview to promote her next film, “Friends With Benefits.”
“FWB” co-star Justin Timberlake, also at the interview, coaxed Kunis into accepting.
“You need to do it for your country!” he told her.
“I’ll do it,” she responded.
The ball takes place Nov. 18 in Greenville, N.C., which will give Moore plenty of time to find a corsage and watch “Black Swan” about 50 more times.
DREW THE LINE: Radar Online reports the current fifth season of “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew” may be the show’s last.
Dr. Drew Pinsky “is just too busy to continue to do the show,” good old A. Source reports, saying “Rehab” would go on indefinite hiatus.
Pinsky, who made his name on the radio show “Loveline,” has “The Dr. Drew Show” airing on HLN and “Dr. Drew’s Lifechangers” on deck on CW.
